Viewing the data of state examinations

Person may query about already taken examinations or those to be taken in the database of Examination Centre. State examinations are the final examinations of upper secondary school, which vocational educational institutions, institution of professional higher education and universities also consider as entrance examinations.

The following data are presented about state examinations:

1) Results of state examinations – taken state examinations and their results, results of current examination period are disclosed at the beginning of June.

2) Issued state examination certificates – certificate number, date of issue, whether the certificate is valid or not, location of certificate (school, education department, Examination Centre, etc.)

3) Status of registration for state examination – those submitting electronic application (see the service of registering for state examinations) can view the status of registration. Until the term of registration for state examinations the registration status is “open” and amendments could be made in the submitted application or it could be cancelled altogether. After the term of registration is applications are reviewed at Examination Centre and the status shall be marked as “processed”. Is the application is considered suitable, the status is changed into “registered”, but it is appears that for some reason the applicant cannot register for state examinations (e.g. due to failure to pay state fee), the status shall be changed to “cancelled”. After Examination Centre has sent the applicant a notice about the place of examination, the status box shall also include the date of sending the notice. After the term of registration the application cannot be cancelled or amended electronically, to make amendment one should contact the National Examination and Qualification Centre.

4) Notice of the place of examination – the time and place of registered examinations are displayed. The data of current examination period are disclosed at the end of March.
