Collective agreement

A collective agreement is a voluntary agreement, which regulates labour relations between employers and employees. The text of the collective agreement shall be available to everyone whom it concerns.

A collective agreement is entered into between:

  • an employer and a union, federation or authorised representative of employees;
  • an association or federation of employers and a union or federation of employees;
  • a central federation of employers and a central federation of employees;
  • the central federation of unions of employees, a central federation of employers and the Government of the Republic, and between local federations of unions of employees, a federation of employers and local governments.
