Viewing the e-notice of the State Pension Insurance Registry
Pension qualifying period is made up of the activities performed throughout your lifetime, such as studying, raising children, working, and serving in the military.
Pension qualifying period is divided into two:
- years of pensionable service up to 31 December 1998, which is calculated based on the employment record book and documentation
- accumulation period as of 1 January 1999, which is calculated based on the social tax paid on your behalf.
The pension qualifying period can also consist only of the years of pensionable service or the accumulation period.
A person can make a query for viewing and verifying of own social tax and pension insurance data registered in the State Pension Insurance Registry (from 1 January 1999).
By the date of April 10 each year, a notice (e-notice) is prepared on the basis of the personal data registered in the State Pension Insurance Registry. This notice provides an overview of the social tax data, pension insurance collection time and insurance share of the person. The data stated in the notice are used as a basis for determining the right to and the amount of the state pension (i.e. the I pillar of the pension system).
