The Eesti.ee mobile app is now public
The Estonian Information System Authority (RIA) developed and launched the state mobile app Eesti.ee. The app currently offers nearly 50 services, providing users with convenient and fast access to the most popular e-services on the state portal eesti.ee. For example, you can use the app to see information about yourself and your minor children, check the validity of your prescriptions directly from your phone without using a computer. The Anna Teada map app is a convenient way to notify municipalities about municipal maintenance problems. The Data Tracker shows what queries are made about you in national databases. In addition, the app will provide access to national mailbox notifications, offering people a convenient channel of communication with the state. All essential documents and data are always readily available. The app also offers the possibility to receive national alerts in the event of an emergency.

The Eesti.ee mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple Store. The state app is available in Estonian and English.

The Eesti.ee app is a secure solution that has passed two security tests. User-related data is transferred securely to the application via the X-tee data exchange layer. TARA is an authentication service unique to Estonia, which allows users to log in to the mobile app securely and conveniently. The TARA service supports a number of authentication options, including ID-card, Mobile-ID, Smart-ID, and EU eID tools.
Next year, based on the feedback from the focus group testing, the focus will be on improving the app, enhancing accessibility, and developing a personalised view so that users could have the service displayed according to their preferences.
The Estonian Information System Authority is responsible for the creation and further development of the Eesti.ee app, with the aim of ensuring efficient and secure access to public services for citizens.
