If you are already a beneficiary, please contact the Social Insurance Board through self-service if:
- You or the child move to live or study in another country;
- The number of children living with you in Estonia changes;
- The child finishes their studies abroad;
- You or a member of your family starts working in a member state of the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland or Switzerland;
- You receive family allowances from another country.
