Ametlikud Teadaanded is the official online publication and database of the Republic of Estonia, published by the Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs.
Only notices the publication of which is compulsory under legislative provisions are published in Ametlikud Teadaanded. Notices are published mainly for two purposes:
- to inform the public or interested parties;
- to inform a specific person if it is not possible to do it in another way.
Ametlikud Teadaanded is tasked with the wide dissemination of published information.
By authenticating themselves, people can use the MinuAT service and, among other things, confirm receipt of the notices to be delivered, after which the publication of these notices will be stopped. Users of the MinuAT service also have the opportunity to get acquainted with the information entered in the archive about them and to monitor who has viewed this information.
Publishers of notices can publish notices on a self-service basis using pre-filled forms designed for each type of notice.
