Social rehabilitation is for all people with disabilities and partial work ability (not working, not studying, not registered as unemployed) or no work ability who need help to adapt to the coping difficulties arising from their special needs. The Social Insurance Board organises the social rehabilitation service.

Work-related rehabilitation is designed for people facing various barriers due to disability or illness and who require assistance from a rehabilitation team of different specialists to start or continue working. The Unemployment Fund provides work-related rehabilitation.
